Pro tip from a combat veteran... Don't ruck on hard surfaces if you can help it. It will destroy your boots and your body. Try to find a trail, You'll get a lot more out of the exercise navigating woods. you'll need some solid boots for this though. Tennis shoes are expert level (You've rolled your ankle so much you don't even notice it anymore)
