I like this framework. I tend to have such deep task lists that I find myself overwhelmed. Years ago, I decided to pick three things each day. Need to do. Need and want to do. Want to do. This prioritization stacking serves as reward system. I chase my wants by pushing through needs.

powerful lens for defi. q4 (high energy + motivation) = alpha research, q1 = yield farming. most avoid q2 (draining necessities) but that's often where edge lies...
