Here’s how I’d fix the onboarding experience which is the biggest gating factor for successful DAUs: - Offer discovery of starter packs based on objective. Ex. If they’re an artist looking for more exposure / patrons, look here. - This should be one of a few steps for a New User Onboarding flow with a proper Getting Started doc - Invest in Product Marketing positioning for why build on FC protocol or better yet buy Neynar. - Invest in Tutorial videos for different audiences (101, 201, 301) based on experience levels - Meet users where they are at intake curiosity, monetization, project collaboration, along with what you can do on WC you can’t elsewhere (service differentiators) - Pay WC maxis as city guides for real life customer onboarding. OGs historically have helped noobs but without any formal direction. What do you think @zef based on our call yesterday?

@dwr.eth has done a handful of interviews, but i particularly enjoyed this one with Jay from Milk Road. i think they really nail some of the primary benefits of being on Farcaster, esp right now with the advent of ai agents & memecoins. /cryptosapiens just started a great experiment for channels ($CABAL) - launched a channel leaderboard (v2 frame) that ranks users based on quality engagement - created a smart wallet for the channel/community - launched a channel token using the channel wallet - airdropped early contributors of cryptosapiens channel tokens exciting to see some more things play out: - recurring revenue for channel from channel token liquidity pool fees - using channel tokens for membership, curation and incentives to make /cryptosapiens a sustainable and aligned community - allow other token communities to reward top ranked users of /cryptosapiens
