why do my DCs after a certain point have nothing in them??

is this related to storage because i bought more like a month or so ago

is there a way to turn that off? the message i had with thisnperson was like maybe one month ago

All DCs and groups have a message auto-delete. If they are empty it's likely because all messages were deleted due to that.

Nothing to do with storage. We auto-delete conversations by default on Direct Casts. So likely those are year-old or so conversations you are no longer seeing. If you believe there are convos more recent that is not showing up — that would be a bug. Let us know.
