looking to learn: if you're a leader/manager, what are your favorite AI workflows right now? am seeing the most adoption among individual contributors, but want to level up my day to day usage.

1. brain dump thoughts into otter_ai via phone app on the go 2. otter does transcript incl. summary & actions so you can create workflow (script) to (auto)share these with team - and... 3a. copy/pasta transcripts to Perplexity "Spaces" (pre-config prompts for specific use cases e.g. create post, FAQ, deck for board, builder profile etc. 4a. copy/pasta 'deck prompt' into https://gamma.app/ and create visual briefing docs in 1-10% of time 4b. use gemini 2.0 for long-term memory function e.g. notes from 1:1s with ppl over a year. Make files in Google Notebook by uploading PDFs or links (can start this also via otter brain-dump)

For art: I’m really enjoying using Midjourney edit/retexture features, really dope to keep some of my 3D render and incorporate AI For coding: I’m a huge appreciator of Cursor, I’m using it almost daily and I think it’s the best solution for vibe coding now. General: For silly questions I still use ChatGPT and some Grok now

i've set up `Projects` in ChatGPT that represent very explicit roles -- growth advisor, content advisor, etc -- and have very explicit instructions on how to respond to me, what context to use, etc. i use them as a personal cabal to help me navigate decision-making and idea generation more quickly.

I’ve been leaning into AI for summarizing meetings, drafting comms, and getting structured plans. Still experimenting, but it’s a game changer for time management

I'm using the voice assistant a lot! 6=>8 I'm talking through this week's major initiatives, assigning specializations and roles to push back against different directions, and then after I've done a proper idea-maze exploration, structure and summarize into sharable memos to propagate with the rest of the team.

Using Claude daily for writing and even research. Also as an artist I use flux1 and wan in comfyui. For me with zero programming knowledge it’s been a struggle, but a fun one for sure. Also gotta say cursor too. Huge really. Oh, and fathom or otter for meeting summaries and action items.

I have tried several AI products for legal needs, and found them all woefully lacking. You have to have enough experience as a lawyer to know when it is wrong. That requires reading every word, checking every site, confirming every assertion by comparing it to the source document. Example it summarizes a contract and says terms are net 30. Do not rely on that! Go to the payment term and check it yourself. It may be conditional. It may be 90 days. If you have to read both the contract and the summary to confirm it’s accurate, you’re not saving time, you’re adding it.

Currently have three buckets: 1. Social Media Assistant 2. General Strategy + Weekly Assessment 3. Simulator (probably the most interesting) Simulator: - This one is the most fun. Built a massive prompt to simulate real world scenarios in a choose your own adventure format. - This allows me to pressure test ideas and pressure test the next year of @hume . Currently building a prompt to simulate the week before it starts. - It usually takes about 10-15 minutes. You go through decisions step by step and answer multiple choice. - I've now had different Hume teams run simulations specific to their dept. - This has allowed us to anticipate items we wouldn't have thought as much about or see blindspots. - I also have it rate my performance in the simulation. - Helps me identify weaknesses that can be improved. Every elite startup will do this in the future.

Quick notes on AI from a Legal user: - DPA triage. I get an email auto send to asana project have it reference 13 common scenarios, have ai draft a response, I then review and send. Or it gets routed to right team. - Sales Enablement FAQ triage (similar to above). - QA of enhancements/bug requests for 13 systems I manage. If missing data parameters it reassigns to submitter to fill it out right then when they comment triage happens. - analyze historical agreements we’ve negotiated and attorneys can query a bot to go more confident into calls with outside parties - keep tabs on agreements we want to renegotiate, risk meter on exposure for acquisitions - for G&I I have it draft what we worked on with real projects and task and how my team contributed and measure it against industry standards for our role/level - put a ton of live data for projects/krs through notepad and get a 15 min podcasts on what I need to focus on from my walk from ferry building 😂

first fix your Agent. tell it you want it to challenge your logic and push back as it sees fit but in a productive way. ask for honesty vs "yes and" then work with it to help whatever you need.

Using AI for lead generation lead profile building and and sales pitch email refining is a huge time saver for BD and sales teams… manually googling for lead data is a time suck and AI is drastically cutting the time it takes to build and close deals.
