4. None of them. If the term includes “NFT”, “token”, etc, it ain’t it chief. You then have to explain something twice to Aunt Doris or Cousin Chris. “Access pass”, “Keypass”, “Member Card”, etc far more accessible. Average users understand Costco, not Coinbase.

utility NFT is probably the best description but over/mis-used as has been mentioned already. access pass or membership pass are probably the most useful terms now

Product NFT to the app. Early User NFT to the user. People grok the "being early" meme whether it's your spot on a waitlist, "being the first 100", or "Member Since" on bird app. The fomo here is already powerful and then the potential for future airdrops 10x's it.
