curious as to what you do/use in notion? for me: - notion for knowledge management & long-term projects (both work & personal) - linear for work tasks - apple notes for quick capture (it's too good) - akiflow for calendar & personal tasks - looove it, no other task management + cal app has stuck for me (motion, cron)

I once built a personal crm in Notion with like 5 relational databases representing people, activities, notes, trips, and places Now I just use clay.earth but sometimes I want to go back.

I’m a longtime GTD fan and have been following Thiago and SecondBrain for a few years. I keep tools simple with Apple Notes, Reminders and Asana.

for Writing: Second Brain and Notes App. 1st is organizing chaos, 2nd is said chaos. for Workflow: Color Coded Calendar System. for Fitness: lay out clothing near bed + drink water as the first activity of the day for Keeping Sane: be okay with breaks ... this one is the hardest for me

Might be controversial - but I actually find I'm more productive when I focus on just the top 3 things I have to get done that day. Most days I don't even have a to-do list.
