what are everyone's favorite personal productivity systems? i've been refining mine in Notion today, curious how others are operating

got burnt out from knowledge graph apps so now i just have a private to-do / later list and my company doc system. Works remarkably well.

I just got the idea from reading @pmarca's archives (https://pmarchive.com/guide_to_personal_productivity.html). I keep it pretty simple.

I tried obsidian for about 3 days and then churned. Personally I hate making backlinks and almost never revisit them. (I was trying to solve this w/ @portal).

Can you share some details about your system? I'm exploring options for doing this as well.

I love the CLI nb note taking tool https://github.com/xwmx/nb

But that's not feasible to non-tech people on my team. Are you using Obsidian?
