what are everyone's favorite personal productivity systems? i've been refining mine in Notion today, curious how others are operating

curious as to what you do/use in notion?

for me:
- notion for knowledge management & long-term projects (both work & personal)
- linear for work tasks
- apple notes for quick capture (it's too good)
- akiflow for calendar & personal tasks - looove it, no other task management + cal app has stuck for me (motion, cron)

my process rn is a weekly prep template + daily template 

for weekly prep i use a synced block with personal mission & values, weekly reflection, and big rocks

for daily i braindump all tasks the night prior then pick 3 Most Important Tasks and prep laptop with them

not perfect but going alright!
