You're better equipped to be a parent than you'd expect. -Go with the flow and support your partner -Sleep whenever possible, srsly! -Don't compare your baby's habits to others -Buy a noise machine & Dr. Brown's bottles -All the shows/movies you've wanted to watch...now you can (late night/early AM shift)

Listening is good, but don't be afraid to tell _anyone_ other than your partner to go fuck themselves with their opinion. The Snoo is worth it. Get a new one on sale, the o rings on a used one will fail and it's an 8 hour repair. Get a fisher price rocker swing. Join your Facebook buy nothing group.

Telling and showing your child what you want them to do is better than saying “no” or telling them what not to do. It will take practice on your part. It will help them see the possible in all situations.
