Honesty glad there are giga brained teams working on these issues at MM. In ag the most pressing thing is pretty easy to spot, balancing the demands and their ebb and flow can be a challenge. One pattern that I see with many small businesses is the tendency to work on what you enjoy, which isn’t always the most important. Nature often provides a pretty clear roadmap.
