We acquired our 15th Autoglyph (#239, a symbol set 6) earlier this week. 

It's our first large acquisition in some time. Feels good.

You can learn a lot about how a startup operates based on what time periods they cite for product features/bug fixes/customer service issues.

Some cite hours/days/weeks while others cite months/quarters. The difference couldn’t be more apparent.

Using chatgpt to walk me through the results and understand the different metrics is surprisingly very useful.

Tiny design feedback: Make the border of a quoted cast darker to better differentiate from the new cast's text. 

They sort of bleed into each other, which makes it feel like a lot of text overall (when the quoted cast is text heavy).

Since today's meta is sharing Farcaster invite stories, here's some tough love for consumer founders: you're probably not schlepping enough.

If you strategy to get more users is to open your code editor, you're avoiding the actual hard thing of talking to users and then having them silently reject you after a few days.

The first version of our Farcaster app didn't work on mobile and didn't have follows, at replies, native image uploads, etc.

Go talk to potential users. A lot.
