Agree with this, but sometimes (or a lot of times) people need to work through the slop (10,000 hour rule in effect) to figure out what's actually kino.

The two aspects that I would add as a personal stated preference for WC would be to (1) somehow highlight an important cast, akin to boosting on other social media platform (aka paid ads), if we are casting across a variety of channels and topics sometimes you have soft little thoughts that you want to barely ripple, and other times you want to shout out loud, while I understand if folks respond to a cast it can build momentum, I would also enjoy being able to highlight a special cast.  A cast of the week if you will... 

Sometimes it might be on a topic that I feel is important, yet maybe isn't what many folks are initially interested in - for example the role of sulfate reduction in our current cycle of warming temps in the northern hemisphere.  I think that's worth knowing about, see below.

If you want less slop, every cast should be editable. Need version control on every cast. There is a way to do this easily.

Dan, as a professional writer, I'll come right out and say it - many of your own posts, like this one, are so poorly written that to call them "sloppy" would be doing them a kindness.

Poor grammar, poor word choice, thematically repetitive and largely devoid of content.

In the Marines, we highlighted the importance of leading by example.

If you want to discourage badly-written Casts, perhaps you should post fewer of them.
