Dan, as a professional writer, I'll come right out and say it - many of your own posts, like this one, are so poorly written that to call them "sloppy" would be doing them a kindness. Poor grammar, poor word choice, thematically repetitive and largely devoid of content. In the Marines, we highlighted the importance of leading by example. If you want to discourage badly-written Casts, perhaps you should post fewer of them.
