i have tried a lot of different approaches in the past but i’ve been getting pretty good results right now from doing three 30-40 minute lifts per week (on my Tonal) with hatha / light vinyasa yoga once or twice a week with 3-4 mile walks every other day

strength has been going way up would like to see a bit more fat loss, but probably comes down to needing to optimize diet more but the strength gains feel good 💪

recently played around with a tonal more. its pretty fun. prefer a bar for major leg lifts but otherwise could see it being a great thing to have in the rotation. easy to work through upper body stuff in particular.

My case is different; I'm usually very calm for weeks (except for Pilates classes), and when I go on vacation, I climb 135 floors in a single day in the mountains. One day my body is going to burst.

What do you like most about Tonal? That it does have interactive sessions?

How have you found the Yoga? Would you recommend? Something I've put off for one reason or other for way too long.

What's worked for me in the past and what I continue to do today are: - Brisk walks, and - Resistance training
