i have tried a lot of different approaches in the past but i’ve been getting pretty good results right now from doing three 30-40 minute lifts per week (on my Tonal) with hatha / light vinyasa yoga once or twice a week with 3-4 mile walks every other day

recovery is the most important aspect of lifting and getting better, people usually are doing too much, thus doing less helps you improve more. Keep up the good work !
