Reduxions. 3. Wake up Early. (ISH) Generally between 5 and 6. This is much easier in Summer. Again it's something I'm fond of on holiday - I like to get up early - enjoy the peace and the sounds of the birds - run to a beach and have a morning swim - then have breakfast and coffee or a tea at a cafe. So why not incorporate that into every day life. I find it just gives you so much more momentum and purpose in a day. Waking up last minute and racing out the door - too chaotic. Treat yourself better. I also find it increases focus and mood. It's also some 'me' time. It feels like time is wasted if I wake up too late and the day just seems to fade. I wish younger I and Uni me had developed this mantra - unfortunately he was a lazy, adulterated lout who ridiculed mornings and sleep alike. Wake Up :-)

Gm.🔆 Reduxions. 30 for 30 2. Wake up and clear your mind. Don't immediately reach for your phone or laptop. Don't start thinking about A or B- worrying about this or that.. checking $tickers and charts and emails and messages.. Chill the fk out! Embrace mindfullness Stand outside. Look out the window. Smell the air, the dew. Admire the sky. Feel the morning sun. Treat the start of each morning like you would if you were on holiday. Simply enjoy it simply because you can. Savour a coffee or tea. Just give yourself 5 - 10 - 15 minutes to insulate from the rest of the day. Pragmatic. Simple.

Fade the negative. Re focus and forward ahead. Things are never as good if you don't experience the bad but, you must never let it beat you, burden you or overcome you. Tenacity. Positivity and fortitude. Reduce the negativity to experience and learn from it. Turn it. Evolve. Say fk it and grow. Persevere through the adversity.

Simple, unobtrusive tidbits, lessons and knowledge that others have kindly blessed on me or pruned from the myriad mistakes - a beautifully intentioned idiot - has made and continues to make on this great adventure.

I'm not a fan of the new notifications 'split' dashboard.. May be great for those w. Large follower counts but, certainly makes it harder to interact with people you don't know, new fc'ers and people you don't follow. And don't we kind of want that? Or are we insulating ourselves here? 🧐
