Reduxions. 3. Wake up Early. (ISH) Generally between 5 and 6. This is much easier in Summer. Again it's something I'm fond of on holiday - I like to get up early - enjoy the peace and the sounds of the birds - run to a beach and have a morning swim - then have breakfast and coffee or a tea at a cafe. So why not incorporate that into every day life. I find it just gives you so much more momentum and purpose in a day. Waking up last minute and racing out the door - too chaotic. Treat yourself better. I also find it increases focus and mood. It's also some 'me' time. It feels like time is wasted if I wake up too late and the day just seems to fade. I wish younger I and Uni me had developed this mantra - unfortunately he was a lazy, adulterated lout who ridiculed mornings and sleep alike. Wake Up :-)
