Gm.🔆 Reduxions. 30 for 30 2. Wake up and clear your mind. Don't immediately reach for your phone or laptop. Don't start thinking about A or B- worrying about this or that.. checking $tickers and charts and emails and messages.. Chill the fk out! Embrace mindfullness Stand outside. Look out the window. Smell the air, the dew. Admire the sky. Feel the morning sun. Treat the start of each morning like you would if you were on holiday. Simply enjoy it simply because you can. Savour a coffee or tea. Just give yourself 5 - 10 - 15 minutes to insulate from the rest of the day. Pragmatic. Simple.
