i have tried a lot of different approaches in the past but i’ve been getting pretty good results right now from doing three 30-40 minute lifts per week (on my Tonal) with hatha / light vinyasa yoga once or twice a week with 3-4 mile walks every other day

lol, the Tonal is worth it imho, especially if it gets you to lift when you might not otherwise
