Stopped drinking alcohol ~5 years ago. Never had an issue with it but can’t express how much it’s improved my life and how much I recommend more people try it out.

Amazing! As a fellow DJ and crypto conference goer, I know first-hand how (very accessible) alcohol can impact your health, energy and productivity. And also how much not drinking can boost you! I’m close to 2 years without alcohol 🫡

I support this. I quit 18 years ago and never looked back. I'd rather spend my money on vitamin shots lol

I completely stop drinking beer and surely improved my health situation. But a glass of wine 🍷 time to time is good in my opinion.

Wild how it’s almost taboo to not drink these days. Better sleep. More energy. Higher functioning. Reduced my intake quite a bit this year to focus on health, and am very happy with the results.

Agree, went 4 months sober earlier this year. Was definitely more emotionally stable, more clear headed, healthier and richer (alcohol is taxed like crazy in Aus). Not having hangovers was the best. But.. there’s no denying that social occasions were simply not as fun. More people should try it though.

Well done, I don't think I could do it, I love partying too much (in moderation of course). Anyway, congratulations on this life experience. I imagine you also pay attention to eating healthy?

I can definitely relate! Had to stop because it conflicted with a med I was taking, and realized how badly it made me feel day to day & how much money I was saving by not buying it.

i read it somewhere, that alcohol has the highest damage potential like it causes the most damage physically and mentally. ( ofc, it doesn't mean that other drugs are less harming.)

That’s great. I’m about 1 1/2 years sans alcohol. I’m similar to you - where I stopped to improve health and it’s really a game changer in that regard.
