Stopped drinking alcohol ~5 years ago. Never had an issue with it but can’t express how much it’s improved my life and how much I recommend more people try it out.

That’s great. I’m about 1 1/2 years sans alcohol. I’m similar to you - where I stopped to improve health and it’s really a game changer in that regard.
