Stopped drinking alcohol ~5 years ago.

Never had an issue with it but can’t express how much it’s improved my life and how much I recommend more people try it out.

100% you can only change yourself. 

My son just got up at 4.40am to practice more 3 pointers (basketball) after another Sat of beers, which for now he says is not his path. Good lad;-)

I think that its important to let everyone go through their own phase and journey with it.

I had to go through my fair sure of late nights and bad mornings to really flip that switch.

Feel like self-reinforcement is so much more powerful than any level of someone else telling me to do or not do something
