Stopped drinking alcohol ~5 years ago. Never had an issue with it but can鈥檛 express how much it鈥檚 improved my life and how much I recommend more people try it out.

Well done, I don't think I could do it, I love partying too much (in moderation of course). Anyway, congratulations on this life experience. I imagine you also pay attention to eating healthy?
