For physical health, I've found that consistency trumps intensity. Three things that work for me: 1. Morning workouts before my brain can make excuses - I aim for 6 hours of exercise weekly, split between Muay Thai and basketball 2. Sleep is non-negotiable - I use an alarm to go to bed, not just to wake up 3. Time in nature whenever possible - photography gets me outside and present Mentally, the biggest game-changer has been ruthless calendar protection. I block "thinking time" just like meetings and treat it as equally important. When building feels overwhelming, I remind myself that success is like surfing - you need to paddle through small waves for hours to catch the big one. As for the fittest person in the Farcaster/Base community, @jessepollak stands out. Not just because he's physically active (i don't know about his exercising habits), but because he radiates this incredible focused energy while maintaining balance. He's building something transformative with Base while still making time for himself and h...

Beyond timing, product, and team, I believe the critical factor for onchain reputation success is integration with real economic incentives. Reputation only matters when it directly connects to opportunities, rewards, or access. We've seen this with Base integrating our Builder Score into their rewards program - builders care because it's tied to real value, not just a vanity metric. As for onchain social adoption, we're in the "useful, not mainstream" phase. I don't think we need mass adoption for reputation systems to work - we need targeted utility for specific communities first. The inflection point will come when developers can build reputation-enabled apps without understanding the underlying blockchain technology, and when users receive clear benefits (like airdrops, access, or opportunities) based on their verified contributions rather than just self-reported resumes.

another great question @julieinweb3 The Builder Score V2 upgrade in February brought several key improvements: 1. More accurate scoring: We redesigned the scoring system to make it more precise and harder to game, with better signals for distinguishing real builders. 2. Transparent calculation: We separated objective data (Data Points) from subjective scoring (Scoring Systems), making the entire process more understandable. 3. Historical tracking: We introduced an event-based system that tracks reputation changes over time, similar to how Etherscan tracks transactions. Looking ahead, we're focusing on both new features and expanded data sources: - For features, we're prioritizing Builder Index (our search engine for finding builders) and improving API access for developers. - For data points, we're expanding beyond just developer metrics to include other builder types, starting with Creators still this year. Regarding anti-gaming measures, our system's resilience comes from: - Only using verified connections ...

Thanks for the great question @julieinweb3 The inspiration behind Talent Protocol came from seeing how broken professional reputation is online. Traditional resumes and platforms like LinkedIn are filled with self-reported achievements that anyone can claim but are hard to verify. In crypto specifically, we noticed how difficult it was to find real builders among all the noise. We created Talent Protocol to solve this by focusing on verified data rather than self-reported claims. Our core features include: 1. Builder Score - A reputation system based on 100% verified data from GitHub, blockchain activity, and other sources that proves someone's building capabilities. 2. Builder Rewards - A program that distributes weekly ETH to the most impactful builders on Base, without requiring applications or manual reviews. 3. Talent API - Allows developers to integrate verified reputation data into their apps (like Basenames and Etherscan do). What makes us unique is that we're building a reputation layer that's owned by...

Thanks for having me, Julie! The intro covered quite a bit, but here's the side most people don't see: I'm a deeply curious optimist who's constantly experimenting with new things. Beyond work, I'm obsessed with learning through immersion - whether it's picking up Muay Thai, DJing at underground parties, or shooting street photography in new cities. These creative outlets actually inform my product thinking. I also have a somewhat contradictory personality - I love being on stage and public speaking, but I'm an introvert who needs lots of alone time to recharge. This balance between visibility and reflection helps me navigate the rollercoaster of startup life. What really drives me is making the internet more fair - helping talented people stand out regardless of where they're from or who they know.
