Nice! Yes consistency is the key! Remember that even if you donā€™t time or much energy some days, you can just do a quick 10min workout. Aim to do 100 reps during those 10minutes. Keep going! You got this!šŸ‘Š

If you canā€™t do a full clean push up yet, here are 5 exercise progressions that will get you there! Clean Push ups are harder than they look. 1ļøāƒ£Use the variation you can currently and get really good at it.
