The secret sauce is good deep sleep (10pm-2am). As someone who used to go to bed late, I now use a night stretching and breathing routine to helps me reach deep sleep state fast!🙏

Making sure to sleep good is the priority for any morning routine to work well! Prioritize deep sleep hours (10pm to 2am). Deep stretch and breathing help reaching deep sleep faster!🙏💪

What matters most is good deep sleep(10pm to 2am). I use a 10 min night stretch and breathing routine to maximize my deep sleep hours. Works amazing! 🙌🙏

The one thing that matters most is quality sleep. Maximizing deep sleep hours (10pm to 2am) is the best thing to do. Then a good morning routine is great as long as sleep patterns are good!🙏
