That’s strange! Doesn’t the YouTube link work? In short (but I go in details) I recommend to make supersets a staple of any routine. There are ways to adjust them depending on your level and goals. Let me know if the link still acts up on your end and I’ll reupload the video if needed. Thank you!

the link works, it was me that cant open it. Seen now. I also loved to incorporate super-sets in my workouts. They are awesome to increase volume and density with mid-high rep ranges, but not ideal for submaximal strenght and technical exercises. For advance guys I'd have suggested pistol squats for legs; never seen "ballerina" squat. I knew squat on toes but not with knees pointing outwards. Good contents btw
