Calisthenics Beginner Challenge Day 21 ✅ 100 rows Ps: I look extra stiff here. I woke up the day before and I could not walk. My lower back gave up due to overwork and stress. Sometimes the body is in a down phase, and that’s when the spirit takes over. We must keep going 👊

Calisthenics Beginner Challenge Day 18 ✅: 100 Squats (50 x 2) Still taking it easy on upper body drills to nurse my tendonitis, but it doesn’t mean I’m going to complain about it. I just work around it until it gets 100% back. 👊
