If you canā€™t do a full clean push up yet, here are 5 exercise progressions that will get you there! Clean Push ups are harder than they look. 1ļøāƒ£Use the variation you can currently and get really good at it. If you canā€™t do a full pull up yet, here are 7 progressions to achieve it! 1-Work on the variation you can currently do and get really good at it. 2-Then move on to the next progression and so on! 3- Go for 5-10 repetitions x 3-5 sets for the pull up part of your workouts.
