Calisthenics Beginner Challenge Day 18 ✅: 100 Squats (50 x 2) Still taking it easy on upper body drills to nurse my tendonitis, but it doesn’t mean I’m going to complain about it. I just work around it until it gets 100% back. 👊

Beginner Calisthenics Challenge Day 9 ✅ Squats x 100+ 🚨Ps: this was filmed yesterday and I stayed outside for 1 hour. The air quality is still bad so I recommend to stay indoors until next week if you are in LA.

Beginner Calisthenics Challenge - Day 8 ✅ Healing means we need to adapt. I adjusted and varied my push up grip angles to avoid triggering any tendon inflammation. I did 10 x 10 < 10 min Ps: to all my LA people, stay safe and indoors!

Calisthenics beginner challenge. 100 reps per day (minimum) Day 6 ✅: 300+ squats (1st 100 squats in the video). Ps: the time you take for your 100 reps matters. Try to do them with the minimum amount of sets and minimum rest, to maximize your gainz.
