I eat parsley all my childhood. It was in salads, meat, souses. Everywhere But now I prefer cilantro and cook a lot with it 👌

Sure we do! Of all the herbs it's parsley and cilantro that I restock constantly. I use parsley in most of the pastas I cook, and also as a garnish to soups. Parsley is also a great base for a pesto, just blend it together with some nuts, garlic and oil, bellissima🤌 Since the stalks are a bit woody, I only use leaves when cooking and store the stalks in the fridge. Then I add them to broths, they give a lot of flavour and colour.

Love parsley and its aroma 👌🏽♥️n that looks super fresh.. Definitely one my favourite herbs.. I use it regularly specially with my diced and friend egg plants salad along with spring onions and tomatoes.. 😋 I use olive oil, lemon, salt and fresh minced garlic for the dressing.. I’m Canadian and originally from Sudan in North Africa 🥰
