Testing, testingā¦ 1, 2, 3 Parsley fans? Do they exist on Farcasterā¦ An unsung hero of the herb world. What is your favorite use for fresh parsley? And if you use it regularly, where are you from, or what is your preferred cuisine?

Sure we do! Of all the herbs it's parsley and cilantro that I restock constantly. I use parsley in most of the pastas I cook, and also as a garnish to soups. Parsley is also a great base for a pesto, just blend it together with some nuts, garlic and oil, bellissimaš¤ Since the stalks are a bit woody, I only use leaves when cooking and store the stalks in the fridge. Then I add them to broths, they give a lot of flavour and colour.
