Today I discovered that humans can have positive sensory overload that they need extra rest to recover from, just like dogs. The world around me smells a thousand different divine smells and looks accordingly beautiful, no wonder I'm so keen on naps!

Thought yesterday that crypto has ruined rest for me. I used to crave summer weekends and vacation because I could truly let go of my work responsibilities and just spend time as unproductive as I wanted. Now there's always a thought at the back of my mind that I'm not doing enough, not clicking enough, not earning enough. Not casting enough, not engaging enough, not moving up the leaderboard enough. But the funny thing is - I never feel that way with the things that make me happy. I smelled two beautiful flowers today, and that's absolutely enough. I swam in the river for 5 minutes, but it was enough for me today. I'm just happy I did those things and lived in those moments, and I know there are many more moments like these to come, so there's no need to be greedy. I guess I'm just happier farming moments rather than airdrops 🤭

Got on the raw buckwheat bandwagon (hi @blablainvest) and this is what I made with it today: 1. Breakfast - smoothie bowl. Raw buckwheat, milk, banana, strawberries, dates. Buckwheat blends in like magic ✨ 2. Dinner - raw buckwheat pancakes. If you've ever tried Ethiopian injera flatbread these are very similar, only without the slight sourness the injera has. Very filling too!
