We go from bottom-up to top-down and back again. I remember when Tim Horton’s got bought by a Brazilian conglomerate and started pushing hard on the Canadiana while also eliminating baking on location and exploiting the temporary foreign worker program.

It’s a sad loss — the family and I practice shopping local for everything we can 75-80% of the time, it was extremely difficult at first but we’ve figured most of it out now. It’s worth the research and effort
