Pre long run: nothing (time from bed to street is 10 minutes) Pre race: 2 biscuits + sweet iced tea (usually 2 hours before race) While running: SIS gels Post: any pasta or meat (ribs and hamburger my favs). Give me a lot of anything and I will devour it ๐Ÿ˜…

Pre-run: Belvita crackers (blueberry flavor) with a little peanut butter A during run preference that got revealed during my 50k in Jan: sticking a tube of ritz crackers into the hydration vest in a place thats easy for me to grab a couple and chase them down with tailwind
