Pre long run: nothing (time from bed to street is 10 minutes) Pre race: 2 biscuits + sweet iced tea (usually 2 hours before race) While running: SIS gels Post: any pasta or meat (ribs and hamburger my favs). Give me a lot of anything and I will devour it π
