I really like Ucan. I typically have a serving of their drink mix before a long run and then gels during. I also like to carry skratch gummies as a “break in case of emergency” for the last kick of a run.

Yep - low zone 2/high zone 1, higher cadence for an hour. Goal is to get the heart rate up a little, loosen up the muscles, and get the juices flowing without significant biomechanical strain.

Great! Thanks for the help. I was afraid of revoking access and then ending up in a broken state. Re-authenticating fixed the single activity/weekly receipt 😄

2. Does it take a few days to be able to attest/mint a specific activity or weekly totals? I get an error message right now. If it’s a bug, no worries just wanted to let you know. (All time totals seem to be working fine)

@vm love Receipts so far, if you don’t mind I have a couple usage questions: 1. When I initially accepted Strava permissions I unchecked private activities, but realized I have a significant volume of miles set as private. If I deauth the app will I be able to reauth and select all activities?

Don't forget running in the dark! Cold is easier than snow is easier than rain for me to handle. I prefer my long runs to be outside, sometimes gotta work with the hand that's dealt. There are plenty of days I still do inside on the treadmill - the most important thing is just getting out for the run!
