Nice, what does that look like? Zone 2? I did 20 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes biking - both zone 2 - yesterday before lifting.

Yep - low zone 2/high zone 1, higher cadence for an hour. Goal is to get the heart rate up a little, loosen up the muscles, and get the juices flowing without significant biomechanical strain.
