not quite satisfied with my physical condition. I think I've not yet fully recovered form the bronchitis. I still have some cough in the evening and discomfort in the gut. I'm running, but only slow runs. the relative effort seems moderate instead of easy as it should be and I constantly have fear that I can get ill again if I try go push more. very bad vibes lately... the rainy weather of the last week does not help at all. I used to love running in the rain, now I only fear to worsen the cough.

I’ve got a lingering cough from the Flu (or was it Covid? 🤷♂️) a month ago. It doesn’t seem to be affecting my running rn but sure it taking its time to fully go away. Relentless forward progress…. 🏃♂️

There’s also a mental side to recovery that might be slower than the physical. I think you are doing great, just appreciate the slow progress back. And you’ll get to 💯 in no time.

I had my vitals out of the normal four days this week. So I immediately stop running and exercising. When I saw it, I remembered your casts. And since I had two bronchitis last year, I am trying to avoid a new one. The body needs time to recover. And the treatment is very strong. I had antibiotics, corticosteroids, and codeine. Have you seen a pulmonologist? Doing some breathing exercises in water helped me a lot to recover some pulmonar strength and capacity.
