Running

not quite satisfied with my physical condition. I think I've not yet fully recovered form the bronchitis. I still have some cough in the evening and discomfort in the gut. I'm running, but only slow runs. the relative effort seems moderate instead of easy as it should be and I constantly have fear that I can get ill again if I try go push more. very bad vibes lately...  the rainy weather of the last week does not help at all. I used to love running in the rain, now I only fear to worsen the cough.

Recently, I've been experiencing pains in areas of my body that I never even knew existed.🤔
