These are the data points of my bronchitis (consequence of flu25). Coughing started Feb 3rd and ended up in a tough bronchitis after few days. My body was already fighting the virus from Jan 27th (vitals were well above typical range). Wearables give us a lot of insight even before the noticeable symptoms appear. I still have some cough now, but it’s mild and vitals are again the in the typical range. Slowly restarted training. I hope to be out of this mess…

Worst flu I’ve ever had this year. Legitimately had me in a fetal position with a 102.7 fever. Suffered from a week of night sweats afterward, but thankful I didn’t pick up bronchitis!

Did you get a flu shot? They make you x6 more likely to contract bronchitis.

Good to know you are feeling better now. Also I never look at the vitals, I just go straight to run stats. Now that I know they are reliable, i’ll start checking
