All great ideas! except the cold shower/ice bath and warm epsom baths These create an anti-inflammatory response which blunts muscle adaptation which inturn blunts growth Weight training is supposed to cause acute inflammation. It's part of the healing process and essential for growth. The degree to which you suppress that is the degree to which you suppress results

Such an informative frame. So when I do Pilates (or any workout) I tend to forget to drink water since that means I stop participating in class. What are some good reminders to do so? Side note I need to invest in a long foam roller I love laying on those things for balance challenges too.
