Such an informative frame. So when I do Pilates (or any workout) I tend to forget to drink water since that means I stop participating in class. What are some good reminders to do so? Side note I need to invest in a long foam roller I love laying on those things for balance challenges too.

glad you found it helpful! if you have a smart watch you could set reminders on there and keep your bottle as close to you as you can! yes, a foam roller is an absolute must, it is a game-changer when used correctly!
