Today I am appreciating my new mattress. I slept like a damn baby all weekend and now I'm ready and rested to tackle this Monday. Hope you all make it a great one <3

WHAT’S THE 20-20-20 RULE?

Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. 

This helps reduce eye strain and gives your neck a break from continuous forward bending.

I just remembered that we are at the edge of a new golden age and that’s why everything seems like falling apart, polarities are collapsing in real time. 

Grabbed myself a green smoothie earlier today and felt like a million trillion bucks afterwards. Life is good!

I just learned that if you accept the meeting in Outlook, but do it without sending a receipt back, it still shows you as being tentative. I always used to accept without sending the receipt because I didn't want to drown people's inboxes with receipt notices.

Someone was complaining that I never responded to meeting invites, and I was thinking I responded every single time.

one thing every pro athlete takes seriously is having a strong core

it stabilises the whole body

also if you struggle with back pain maybe try adding some of these exercises into your routine!

1. rocking planks - 30 seconds
2. dead bugs - 5 reps each side
3. hip bridge leg lift - 5 reps each side
4. side taps - 10 reps each side
5. dish hold - 30 seconds

2 rounds with a 1 min break inbetween

intensity level - medium
