gm gm! hiit workout to start the day! for transparency i have been having a little issue in my left hip flexor, nothing serious, but it’s making it difficult to sprint and jump properly i saw my physio yesterday got some soft tissue therapy and some exercises to try so hopefully will get back to the track next week i have learned not to rush things and listen to my body so i’m adapting my workouts to allow me to stay fit as i recover! πŸ™πŸΎ

Hope your hip feels better soon - hard to believe that this time last year I was basically immobile from an L4/L5 disc bulge! Your mini-challenges have been a great help in getting back in motion!

One day I found out that I had an old meniscus tear and almost 2nd degree osteoarthritis. I had to forget about the gym, and sometimes I want to start all over again.
