📢 I’ve received messages about my lack of @alchemyplatform shilling and my semi-absence from fc since getting hired. first of all, i want to say that we (myself, @itsnikki and @glennonchain among others) are cooking some serious shit and i think you are all going to love it. not all of it is farcaster specific, but i would love to create meaningful and exclusive ways for the farcaster community to engage with and benefit from alchemy’s whole damn platform (because we are more than just nodes and rpcs, we are smart wallets and raas too). and to be abundantly clear: nobody does it better than alchemy. SO with that said, what kind of stuff would you like to see from alchemy here? i’m not a dev so i would love to pick the brains of all the cracked builders on here. what can we do for miniapps? what can we do for YOU? btw i’ve been at alchemy for a total of… not even a month yet. and i was on vacation for 1.5 weeks during that time. your girl has been busy.

happy birthday to me from the shitty amazon blow dryer i bought a month ago. the bristles on the round brush attachment melted and warped, so my hair got stuck. my husband tried to help me fix it by meticulously cutting off the bristles one by one but it was no use. RIP to a sizeable chunk of my already thinass hair.

days 3-4: magic kingdom + barbecue with our cuban fam our last two days were bittersweet. mainly bc whenever i see lana i remember how much i miss her. and my husband hadn’t seen his uncle and cousins in over a decade. this was my first time meeting them it’s hard to live so far away from the people we love💔 btw my favorite part of disney is all the slow rides with the animatronics. i can go on a roller coaster anywhere but there’s something so special about seeing all of the artistry and craftsmanship that went into these rides from the 70s-90s.

day 1 at disney world: animal kingdom i’m in orlando staying with my best friend who was my randomly assigned roommate freshman year of college. even though we hardly see each other anymore (different continents, busy schedules) whenever we are together, it’s like we never spent any time apart. my friend (lana) is the fucking coolest. she’s been playing nemo in the musical at disney world for 8 years now. kinda a theater kid’s dream. great pay, great conditions, great hours as a cynical person, i’m able to mostly shut off that part of me and enjoy disney and the joy it brings to so many kids, like the make a wish kid in front of me at the nemo show (i saw it twice today, brag). anyway, if you don’t have a friend who can get you into disney world for free, im sorry cuz its pretty dope.
