psa: this workout isn't about aesthetics it's about strength you might not have 'big' calves but having strong calves prevents injuries especially if you run

So I just tried 20 reps of calf raises with no weight at all and and my calves are not happy/burning 😫 I will try to incorporate this into my daily routine as I’ve been dealing with some weird plantar fasciitis thing since May. Chiro and massage therapy haven’t produced lasting results. This just might. Thank you 🙌🏽
