a new trend for some black women is creating an hair calendar which is pinning/bookmarking different hairstyles for each month of the year then sending the inspo for our hairdressers to recreate im curious, people of farcaster 1. where do/did you get your hairstyle inspo from? did you see a guy with short back and sides or watch a show and get inspired 2. also how often do you change up your hair style?

I get Inspos on Pinterest or TikTok And it takes me 3-4 weeks to change my hair style depends on how rough it gets, I should actually try making a calendar too

The idea of a hair calendar is so cool. And your style turned out reallllly nice. 🤍 I'm DIY and will try styles occasionally. But I have a few go tos. Right now, mini twists ala naptural85. Just finished a 3-day retwist, and steamed them. Will wear for 6 weeks and retwist until I want something different.

I’m a black dude so I have like 3 options for hairstyle and those are greatly reduced if I don’t want people to compare me to pro athletes constantly. I have a short fro with a low fade. This is my life now and forever.
