One of my pet peeves while looking for a new apartment was β€œmodern urban living”. It’s just the same dull greyscale apartments with plenty of natural light to disguise the cheapest faux wood floor and box-like shape.

There's a lot of good architecture going on. I'm on the tiny houses/prefab train and it's amazing to watch the progress re creativity and sustainability in the field. Also there's a correlation with rich and opulent, glad most of us won't have 200M to "build a house" πŸ˜…
