Called an elevator company to get some info on a lift. I was informed that the rep I needed to talk to was not in right now and if I left my name and number he'd get back to me. I did, and then asked if he’d be back today or next week. The person on the other end of the line paused… "he keeps his own schedule"

Heading to a job site this morning that’s been entirely stripped down to the studs. Originally built back in the late 1980s when there wasn’t much existence/enforcement of the residential building code.

Best way to study how light will affect your space is still a physical model. Digital models can be technically accurate, but it’s too tempting to “fake” it for what they lack in atmosphere.
