Call me Tradfi but this weeks events have made me more excited about 1) real custodians (BNY/State Street) entering the space 2) DeFi Structured Products like Friktion that have had zero issues though this and gave folks the ability to hedge their portfolios in an easy ways 3) NFTs being used in the real world

Been talking to my old money real estate friends and there are some exciting ideas and genuine interest about bringing that process to web3. Escrow, proof of funds, trust of untrustworthy brokers, high fees from old banks... lots of room for disruption there.

1. Layer 2s - gas fees were prohibitively expensive that led people to switch to ponzichains 2. zk - because privacy is important 3. DAOs v2 - current DAOs basically have the same model as old ICOs, launch a token and pay out to your contributors through that and well.. mostly vibe
