If you are struggling with losing weight don’t listen to the haters putting down drugs like Ozempic. Do what you have to do to get and feel healthy. Diet and exercise are timeless cures but moderns drugs are miracles. Do what is right for you after taking to a medical professional.

It’s Sunday and another chance to setup an amazing week with your partner. Look at your calendar and block off a few days to have lunch with them, then book a place close to their work and just go have lunch with them. Contrary to what you think, yes you do have time. The txns can wait. Love and connection cannot.
